CHILDREN AT THE CHRISTMAS CIRCUS

The proceeds enabled us to invite a hundred underprivileged children to the Christmas with the support of the Grand Orient de Suisse and various donations

The joy of the children and the light shining in their eyes are our reward for the work put in by our members to make this event a success.

Franklin
In 2017, in Geneva, four Brothers launched the idea of forming a Chapter.
In 2019, the required quorum of Masters having been reached, the Geneva Chapter received its charter, and, being the first Chapter in Switzerland, also became ipso facto, the Grand Chapter Helvétique.
Since then, we’ve grown, but we’re still keen to welcome our Sisters and Brothers from all over Switzerland.
Swiss activities
So far, our charity work has focused on disadvantaged children. For example, a day in aid of sick children with a meal, entertainment and a motorbike ride. Another year, we organised a meal with a magic show. However, we also raised funds for the training, maintenance and care of guide dogs, and worked with many other children’s charities on other projects.
For 2023, we organised a charity meal on Sunday 1 October, the proceeds of which will be used to pay for tickets to the Christmas circus for around a hundred needy children.
